Return Policy

In the event of incorrect, damaged, or defective deliveries received, we must be informed either immediately upon delivery or within 2 calendar days after delivery.

Incorrect Delivery

The item is not the item that you ordered. Item is not what as indicated on the order summary.

Damaged Product

The item is found already damaged at time of delivery.

Defective Product

The item has leakage or there are missing items or parts inside the packaging.

To be eligible for return - all orders must meet the following conditions :

  • Customers to WhatsApp images of incorrect, damaged or defective product to the registered number immediately.
  • Item must be in new condition and returned in the original packaging along with all accessories (including manuals, boxes, cards, pouches) and free gifts received with it. All product packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
  • Item must not have been used or worn. Seals must not be broken.
  • Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
  • If the Order is eligible for return as described above, the Customer will be eligible for an exchange or store credit refund which will be converted in the form of voucher code. This voucher code can be used for future orders.
